What's my shipping cost?

2x2, 2x3, 2x4, 2x6, 3x4 and 4x4 sizes ship via FedEx Ground (most economical). All larger sizes ship on a pallet via Motor Freight (starting at $120+). To save on shipping, consider using smaller panels and tiling them together on the wall to create a larger panel. To get your actual shipping cost, add the item to your cart.

When does it ship?

All PegBoard MX® is made to order. We target 3-5 business days for manufacturing lead time based upon shop load. Please consider that you are buying direct from the factory - we are the manufacturer and we make all products to order. This is why it takes us a bit longer than the traditional online store which simply warehouse other manufacturer’s products. We also offer Rush Orders if you need your order fast. Can I get square holes?

Do I need a Backing Board?

If you have ever used traditional wood pegboard (aka hardboard, pressed wood, pressboard, etc), you may have noticed that when you insert a peg hook into the pegboard, the hook has a bit of a “press fit” and once in place it has no wobble. A metal pegboard is a bit different. In a metal pegboard, the hook goes into the pegboard very easily without any resistance. Once the hook is in place, it may have a slight wobble. This wobble does not bother most people but does bother some. By adding a BackingBoard to your metal pegboard, it will give your metal pegboard the same feel as a traditional wood pegboard – hooks will have a press fit during insertion. And the hooks will not wobble once in place. The Backing Board is installed at the factory onto the backside of the pegboard so you will never see it after installation.

Can I get it flat, without bends?

What if I need true 24"x48" dimensions?

You can order your PegBoard MX® as a flat sheet, without bends. Therefore your finished pegboard size will be a true 24" or 48" or 72" or 96" or 120". Or you can order it with bends in our Custom Size ordering section if it fits within our size limits.

Can I get a hole spacing other than 1"x1" on centers?

What is diamond plate?

Our diamond plate is absolutely, authentic, real commercial grade aluminum diamond plate. The same brilliant metal found on big rigs, NASCAR, fire trucks and other astonishingly cool objects and cool places. Not to be confused with imitation stamped metal that many of our competitors use. Our real diamond plate will not rust, rot, corrode or degrade.

How can I tell the difference between real diamond plate and the fake stuff?

The secret is on the backside of the metal. The diamonds on real diamond plate are forged from solid metal and therefore are perfectly solid when viewed from the back. Fake diamond plate is stamped from sheet metal producing diamonds that are hollow on the backside making the fake stuff weak, feeble and less desirable. Real diamond plate has a beautiful chrome like metallic luster. The fake stuff can fake the shine but can't fake the strength of real diamond plate. They say diamonds are a girl's best friend ... but who wants hollow diamonds?

What is brushed aluminum?

Our brushed aluminum is aircraft grade aluminum with a brushed finish applied to the surface giving the metal a beautifully sophisticated and soft luster. This refined appearance is similar to that of many stainless steel appliances found in today's homes.

Can I use diamond plate outdoors?

Absolutely. Our diamond plate will not rust, rot, corrode or degrade.

How do I cut it?

Use a power tool such as circular saw, jig saw, or band saw and a cutting blade designed to cut sheet metal (a fine tooth blade). Use one of the pegboard holes as a starting point for your cut.
