Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Check, ACH (Wire Transfer), and Money Orders.

Stock Products Most items are stock products and ship within 3-5 business days.  Back ordered items can take 4-6 wks.  Please allow an extra 1 week for any customization of products, such as special sizes and/or cuts.

Shipping All orders are shipped F.O.B. our facilities in Pittsburgh, PA and freight charges are
calculated and added to your order amount.  Most orders are shipped via FedEx Ground
or USPS unless otherwise specified by you.  All express and/or shipping arrangements must be specified at the time the order is placed.  Some larger items ship via motor freight on pallet(s).

Although we do our best to quote freight costs, the actual freight cost may be higher at time of shipment due to a larger carton used for safer transit.  The actual carton size may not be known exactly at time of quote, especially for custom size parts.  Freight costs are heavily dependent on carton weight and carton size (called dimensional weight by shipping industry). If there is any difference in freight cost, we will contact you.

Terms & Conditions Prices published are subject to change without notice.  The purchaser assumes all risk of liability and damages to improper use of products.  Gupta Permold Corporation makes no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, and any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is hereby disclaimed by Gupta Permold Corporation.

Cancellations If there is a problem with your order, please contact our customer support team immediately.  Notice of order cancellations must be made in writing.  Cancellations are reviewed on a per-order basis, subject to review of material costs, production schedules and delivery expectations.

Returns
  • We urge you to be 100% comfortable before placing your order. Please feel free to request swatches and samples as needed.
  • Returns must be received back within 30 days from date of purchase for stock items such as hooks, baskets, bins, most accessories, etc.
  • Made-to-Order, Custom-Made, and Custom-Size products are Non-Returnable
  • Damage claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt
  • You are responsible for the shipping costs to return your items back to us
  • Your returned order is subject to a 20% re-stocking charge
  • Contact us for Return Authorization Number
  • Please write the above Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of all carton(s). Without this number clearly visible, your package will not be accepted by our Returns Department.
  • For credit, your items must arrive back to us in re-sellable condition. Therefore please use adequate packaging materials to avoid shipping damage.
  • Once your items have been received and verified to be in re-sellable condition, we will issue you a refund back against your original method of payment for the material portion of your order (less shipping)
Claims All shipments should be inspected upon receipt for damages and shortages, in the presence of the driver. Document any visible damage clearly on the Bill of Lading in the presence of the driver. Compare the number of cartons and or pallets being delivered to what is stated on the Bill of Lading, and document any shortages onto the Bill of Lading in presence of the driver. Concealed product damage must be reported to us in writing within 72 hours of shipment receipt. We cannot process any claims after this time period.
